Event Description:

CONquer is a quiz competition that will include multiple rounds to test the knowledge of the participants in the field of concrete technology. The various rounds will be online and the participants will have to answer the questions in a limited time frame. Rounds may comprise of multiple choice questions, riddles ,picture connects,etc.  

Team size: Maximum of 2 members 

Date of conduction: 15th-16th October

 

Rules and Regulations:

1. Registration: Rs. 50 for each member of the team
2. Eligibility: Entries open to all Civil engineering students.
3. All the members of a team should be from the same college.
4. The online platform on which various rounds will be held will be sent through email.
5. In case of 2 members in a team, both should be present at the time of conduction of various rounds.
6. If there are any issues regarding the answer of a particular question, the decision of the external judge will be FINAL.
7. Every participant should login with the name they have registered with in the google form. 

 

Judging criteria: 

The teams will be judged on the basis of marks obtained in different rounds for giving correct answers. Some rounds may have negative marking too. The winner will be decided on the total marks obtained in all the rounds. Time taken to answer the questions will also play an important role in deciding the winner. A preliminary round will be conducted to select the teams for the finals. A maximum of 6 teams will be selected for the finals.
